Complaints and returns

Complaints

You may make a warranty claim on goods within the statutory period of 24 months from receipt. To make a claim, e-mail us at bas@airsoft.cz or use the form in your customer account. We will settle the claim within 30 days.

Returns

You may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send the goods to the operator's address undamaged and in the original packaging.

We will refund your money within 14 days of withdrawal using the same payment method you used.
