Shipping methods

For deliveries within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, FREE SHIPPING is provided on orders over CZK 2,500 incl. VAT.

From 1 April 2026, due to carrier price increases, free shipping had to be excluded for certain oversized goods, such as long airsoft replicas shipped in hard transport cases. Free shipping continues to apply to all other goods.

For these items we are forced to charge the following shipping fees:

  • Balíkovna to your address, oversized parcel: CZK 150 incl. VAT
  • PPL to your address, oversized parcel: CZK 250 incl. VAT
  • SPS Slovakia to your address, oversized parcel (Slovakia): CZK 450 incl. VAT

All other products and conditions are subject to the standard shipping prices listed below.

Delivery of goods

Within the Czech Republic we deliver ordered goods, depending on parcel size and weight, via Balíkovna (Czech Post) or a contracted courier service; within Slovakia via the contracted courier service SPS Slovakia.

We use the following carriers in the Czech Republic. Parcels sent via these carriers are normally delivered within 24 hours of collection by the carrier, but this is not guaranteed.

Balíkovna (Czech Post)

  • Balíkovna to your address (Balík do ruky) — delivery in approx. 24 hours (parcel weight limit 31.5 kg). Shipping price: CZK 90 incl. VAT
  • Balíkovna — delivery to pick-up points and parcel lockers (parcel weight limit max. 15 kg and parcel dimensions max. 70×50×50 cm). Shipping price: CZK 69 incl. VAT

For delivery to Balíkovna pick-up points and parcel lockers, the seller reserves the right not to dispatch the parcel if its dimensions and weight exceed the parcel parameters required by the carrier. Parcels of maximum dimensions 70×50×50 cm and weight up to 15 kg can be sent to Balíkovna pick-up points. The customer will be contacted if the order cannot be dispatched to Balíkovna, and suitable shipping and a shipping price will be arranged for the parcel in question.

International parcel — service for sending parcels abroad, including countries outside Europe. Shipping price: quoted individually, depending on the destination country and the weight and size of the parcel.

PPL

  • Private parcel — delivery in approx. 24 hours (weight limit 30 kg). Shipping price: CZK 110 incl. VAT
  • Private parcel (30–50 kg) — price arranged individually with the customer
  • PPL ParcelShop, PPL Parcelbox, third-party lockers — expected delivery within 24 hours. Shipping price: CZK 80 incl. VAT
  • Business parcel — delivery in approx. 24 hours (weight limit 30 kg). Shipping price: CZK 110 incl. VAT
  • Business parcel (30–50 kg) — price arranged individually with the customer
  • Export parcel — service for sending parcels to European countries. Price quoted individually.
  • PPL Sprint+ and Business pallet — delivery of larger consignments within the Czech Republic. Price quoted individually.

The maximum storage period at PPL ParcelShop pick-up points is 7 days, at PPL Parcelbox 3 days and at third-party lockers 2 days.

Slovak Parcel Service (UPS) — Slovakia

Parcel — delivery approx. 24 hours after dispatch (weight limit 30 kg). Shipping price: CZK 125 incl. VAT (approx. EUR 5.20 incl. VAT).

Slovak Post — Slovakia

Parcel — delivery approx. 24 to 48 hours after dispatch (weight limit 15 kg). Shipping price: CZK 125 incl. VAT (approx. EUR 5.20 incl. VAT).

Change of carrier

The seller ships the ordered goods to the buyer via the carrier selected when placing the order; however, depending on the size and weight of the parcel, the seller has the right to change the carrier due to restrictions in the carriers' terms of carriage. A change of carrier for standard parcels does not affect the shipping price chosen by the buyer when ordering. The buyer will be informed of any change of carrier sufficiently in advance.

Payment methods

When ordering goods, the buyer may choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (COD)
  • Cash
  • Online payment

Bank transfer

When ordering goods with payment in advance, the customer pays by bank transfer and the goods are dispatched only after the amount for the entire order, including shipping, has been credited to the online shop operator's bank account.

Cash on delivery (COD)

When ordering goods with payment on delivery (CASH ON DELIVERY), the buyer pays for the goods when collecting them from the carrier. The COD fee depends on the carrier and the type of parcel:

  • Balíkovna (Czech Post): to your address CZK 36 incl. VAT; pick-up point CZK 10 incl. VAT
  • PPL: private address CZK 25, business address CZK 25, ParcelShop CZK 25 incl. VAT
  • Slovak Parcel Service (UPS) — Slovakia: private address CZK 30, business address CZK 30 incl. VAT
  • Slovak Post: to your address CZK 30 incl. VAT

Cash

Cash payment is made when collecting the goods at partner pick-up points and at our store.

Online payment

We offer online payments via the GoPay payment gateway for customers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Europe. Payments are made by payment card and via so-called bank buttons, which offer secure, convenient and instant payment from the customer's standard internet banking.

Bank buttons: Raiffeisenbank, Komerční banka, mBank, FIO banka, ČSOB, GE Money Bank.

Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro.
